Hours of Operation

We try to accommodate and give our undivided attention to all of our guests when they arrive and leave the Resort.  For this reason, we have set specific times for check-ins and check-outs.  Checking in requires a substantial amount of time, from gathering information on our vacationers to getting them settled in their rooms.  Checking out is an exciting time for vacationers and their families, and we like to make sure our guests are happy when they go home.  

We have set times separate from the boarding facet for our customers who would like to tour our facility, adopt a pet, purchase supplies, or get their pet a nail trim so we can focus on your needs.

The time during the day when we are not available is allotted for our employees to get work done, play with our guests, and maintain the facility efficiently.  

For these reasons listed above, we strive to adhere to our hours of operation as they are described below in further detail.  

Boarding Check-In/Check-Out

Monday thru Saturday
9-11 am & 6-8 pm
Sunday
6-8 pm ONLY

Special arrangement times for Sunday are by appointment only with a $35.00 off hour fee.

Adoptions

All dog and cat adoptions are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY every day of the week.

We require ALL of our potential adopters to schedule an appointment with us.  The adoption process is very time-consuming, and we want to be sure we have a staff member dedicated to the entire adoption process. 

Tours

Interested in boarding your pet with us but want to scope the place out first?  No problem!  Please call and schedule an appointment to tour our facility.  We will be more than happy to show you around!

Off Hours Check-In/Check-Out

If you need to drop off or pick up your pet at a time that is not during our standard check-in/check-out schedule, you are required to let our staff know about this 48 hours in advance.  This will allow sufficient time for our staff to pack up your pet's belongings and prepare them to go home.  An additional fee of $35.00 will be added to your overall bill (per drop-off/pick-up).

Delivery Transportation
Pick-Up/Drop-Off

We offer Pick-Up and Drop-Off services at the Greater Pittsburgh Airport.  This service is only available during our normal business hours.

Please call us in advance to set up transportation so we can properly schedule a date and time.  A transportation fee of $75.00 will be added to your overall bill (per drop-off/pick-up).  No services on Sundays.

Grooming

For all professional grooming and nail cuts, please call and schedule an appointment.

COVID-19: Hours Of Operation Update

As of May 2020, our hours remain the same as listed.  We are, however, only allowing 2 guests per family in at any given time to adhere to social distancing standards.  If you find when you arrive there is another customer inside, you can wait for their departure in your vehicle or in the tent we have set up outside close to the front entrance.  There are chairs and slip-on leads for your convenience.  We require you to use one of our slip-on leads when bringing your pet into the Resort. All persons inside the Resort are required to wear a mask.
