Hours of Operation

We try to accommodate and give undivided attention to all our customers when they arrive at the resort.  For this reason we have set time for checking-in and departure.  This gives us the time we need to get all the information on your pet. Then you have the time needed to take them to their room and set them up to your comfort specifications.  You can then spend the time it takes with your pet to get them settled in for their vacation adventure.  This helps you and your pet with temporary separation while you are away.

For our customers that want to tour, check out adoption pets, purchase supplies, get nails cut or just come to talk, we set these times separate so we can focus on your needs.

The times we are not availabe is so we can get our work done, play and service our vacationers and have a break time.

Boarding Check-In/Check-Out

Monday thru Saturday:
9:00 to 11:00 AM & 6:00 to 8:00 PM

6:00 to 8:00 PM ONLY

Special arrangement times for Sunday are by appointment only with a $35.00 off hour fee.


All dog and cat adoptions are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY every day of the week.

We require ALL of our potential adopters to schedule an appointment with us because the adoption process is very time-consuming, and we want to be sure we have a staff member dedicated to the entire adoption process.  Thank you in advance for your understanding!


Interested in boarding your pet with us but want to scope the place out first?  No problem!  Please call and schedule an appointment to tour our facility.  We will be more than happy to show you around!

Off Hours Pick-Up/Drop-Off

If you need to drop-off or pick-up your pet during a time that is not during our standard check-in/check-out times, you are required to let our staff know about this 48 hours in advance.  This will allow sufficient time for our staff to pack up your pet's belongings and prep them to go home.  An additional fee of $35.00 will be added to your overall bill (per drop-off/pick-up).

Delivery Transportation Pick-Up/Drop-Off

We offer Pick-up and Drop-off at the Greater Pittsburgh Airport.  This service is only available during our normal business hours.

Please call us in advance to set up transportation so we can properly schedule a date and time.  A transportation fee of $75.00 will be added to your overall bill (per drop-off/pick-up).  No services on Sundays.

There is a 2.75% surcharge on all credit card purchases at the Pet Resort.

To avoid the surcharge, you can pay for your pet's stay with cash or check.
